Thank you for supporting my independent studio. As each piece of art from my 1,000-piece puzzles to my hand-printed greeting cards is created with architectural precision and care, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.

The Window: You must notify me of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.

The Return: You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to the studio.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition. Puzzles must be unopened with the factory seal/shrink-wrap intact. Greeting cards and prints must be free of creases or marks.

2. Exceptions (What cannot be returned)
Please note that the following items are excluded from the "Change of Mind" return policy:

Commissioned Art: Any original drawings or custom prints created specifically to your requirements.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged (e.g., a crushed puzzle box or a bent print), please contact me at [Insert Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. I will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Make a Return
Email [Insert Your Email] with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Package the item securely (ideally in the original architectural-grade packaging) to prevent damage in transit.

Mail the return to: [Insert Your UK Return Address].

5. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Tracked 48), as I cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in the post.

Faulty Items: I will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your shipping costs.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outgoing delivery cost (if applicable).

Each piece in my collection is printed, packed, and quality-checked by hand in my UK studio. 

Because I balance my art practice with a career in architecture, I operate a dedicated weekend fulfillment schedule to ensure every order is handled with professional care.

1. Processing Times (The "Studio" Phase)

• Order fulfillment: I process and pack all orders on Saturdays and Sundays. 
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed by Friday at 5:00 PM will be dispatched that same weekend. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following weekend.
• Art Prints: As I print my A4 drawings to order on my professional Epson setup, please allow this weekend window for the ink to cure properly before shipping.

1. UK Shipping (Royal Mail 2026)Once your order leaves the studio, I use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

• Europe: 3–5 working days from dispatch.  
• USA & Rest of World: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
• Customs: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once I have hand-packed your order over the weekend, you will receive a shipping confirmation email on Monday morning. This email will contain a Royal Mail tracking link. You can click that link anytime to see the live progress of your delivery.
